So far you have only caught a glimpse of what it means to be an Alpha Sig and experience Alpha Love. From the moment you are invited to join this great sorority the part of you that wants acceptance, love, and belonging is finally satisfied. That feeling only grows with time as you get to know your sisters and find out for yourself the strength of this sisterhood. The love you experience within Alpha Sigma Alpha is hard to fully describe but easy to feel. Alpha Love is seeing your sister’s sad expression and immediately dropping what you are doing to listen or just give her a hug. Alpha Love is knowing that she would do the same for you. It is inside jokes and laughing with your sisters late at night. It is being pushed to be your best and being supported along the way. Alpha Love is making memories that last a lifetime. It is knowing that long after your college years are over you will always have a friend and confidante in your sister. Lasting friendships are quickly found here and never forgotten!”

"I could have never imagined what was ahead when I joined Alpha Sigma Alpha. I have my sisters to thank for the woman I have become in my short time as an Alpha Sig. Our sisterhood is so rare and special. I will never be able to adequately explain how important my sisters are to me. They're the people I can share my secrets with, cry with, laugh with, and just be myself with. They don't judge me or make me change. They accept me exactly as I am, and help me become a better person than I knew I could be. They look at me and they see a great person, one they love spending time with. We all share something in common and are tied together by memories, tears, laughs & smiles. We're tied together by love for one another. Sisterhood is the greatest thing in the world. I find that my time with my sisters has been the best times of my life. My sisters are my heart, my soul, my fun, my laughter, my tears, my love and my life. I am so thankful for all that Alpha Sigma Alpha has given me and I am so thankful to my sisters for seeing my potential and helping me to grow into a woman of poise and purpose."

The kind of sisterhood that we as Alpha Sig’s share is something that is rare and something that you won’t find in every sorority. It’s something to be cherished. It's a warm smile on a cold and rainy day
a friendly hug, a cheerful hello.
It's baking cookies together.
It's get better cards when you are sick.
It's "just because I love you" presents.
It's a phone call just to make you smile!
It's all that a good and lasting friendship is, only better!
It's treasured. It's sacred.
It's knowing that there will always
be someone there for you, no matter what.
It's dreams shared, and goals achieved.
It's counting on others, and being counted on!
